Brand builder. Team leader. All round tech know it all. Joel formed Nippy Gecko IT after years of frustration that most tech companies seemed unable to offer both logical and creative IT solutions. He saw a gap in the market and filled it. Joel loves solving problems, gadgets, chocolate and when he is not running the business you will find him out just running.

Ford combines his tech ability together with his super customer service to assist clients both onsite and via our helpdesk. When not problem solving, he is a keen gamer or can be found at the local Pub Quiz. He is also a talented photographer.

Gary uses his practical and logical problem solving skills to help clients with their IT projects and everyday tasks. When not in techie mode, he is into gaming, watching films and cooking (he makes a mean curry and chilli).

Gemma joined Nippy Gecko IT in 2012 and has not looked back since. She uses her 15 years of project management experience to ensure all our work goes without a hitch. She loves organising, happy clients, keeping bees and volunteers to walk retired greyhounds.

Karlie is a vital part of our team who deals with all our financial accounts both incoming and outgoing. She is a whiz with spreadsheets and when not number crunching she is a busy mum. Did we mention that she makes the best chocolate cheesecake!

Prior to joining us at Nippy Gecko IT, Stella spent 8 years as Operations Manager at Brent Cross Shopping Centre. We're now super lucky to be using her experience to help grow and structure the business and to ensure our policies and procedures are top notch.

Tom works wonders with all our client and internal design and marketing material for web and print. He likes visiting galleries, growing his own veg and going on long walks. Tom has a pug called Archie (who doesn't like walking at all!).
