Our support solutions:


Ultimate Support plan

This is the most cost effective way to use our services. It includes our Critical Support, along with supporting your cloud services (such as Office 365 or Google GSuite) and users. With our Ultimate Support plan you’ll be our top priority and we’ll give you our fastest response. Your Accounts team will love us as they know upfront what you will be paying on a monthly basis, no nasty surprises. Think of us as your ‘Techie Superheroes’.


Critical Support plan

We’ll monitor your critical systems alerting us to any issues and proactively fix them as detected. Our Critical Support plan ensure that your key systems are always running and if something goes wrong we’ve got you covered



We are happy to work alongside your IT team or act as your IT department. This leaves you the time to just get on with what you are good at and leave your IT to us.

We work on projects of all sizes and shapes. Whether managing your office move, IT upgrade, installing WiFi, email migration or server set up. We will ensure it goes smoothly, leave it to us.

Our Standard Pricing:

Below is our standard pricing for any work outside of your support plan. For more information on our support plan pricing, please call us at 0203 384 2135.

/half day*
* Prices exclude VAT. Remote work is charged in 15 minute increments. Minimum onsite charge is 1 hour plus £45 call out charge with additional time charged in 30 minute increments. There is no call out charge applied for scheduled half or full day bookings.
