Nippy Gecko IT are super excited to announce that we’ve just welcomed on board a new London School to our growing list of clients.
Over the last few years, we’ve carved out a real niche in the London School IT support market and stand out from competitors because we work closely as part of the team with each School to support and enhance the learning environment for both teachers and pupils.
When we take on a new School, we tend to approach work in the following 3 distinct phases:
1. Stabilisation Phase
During this initial phase our techies objective is to create a secure and robust platform that we can trust. During this phase we aim to improve the security, uptime, performance and reliability of the School’s network.
2. Maintenance Phase
This work typically will run alongside the Stabilisation work. All support tickets will be recorded in our IT Support portal (by teachers or techies) and work priorities set by the School for our Scheduled Engineer visits.
3. Innovation & Development Work
This is where things start to get really exciting for School staff and our techies. Depending on the School’s objectives and budget, this can range from network development to upgrading new infrastructure and technology such as ipads, Interactive Whiteboards, 3D Printing and Coding Clubs etc
If you are London School then get in contact as we’d love to work with you to move your ICT forwards https://nippygecko.com/schools/
